How can I log in?
You can log in with a combination of your file number and your PIN. Only you may know the PIN. You should have received it on the letter head of the last letter. First enter your file number into the field on the home page. You can find this file number of the letter you received from us.
Where can I find my PIN?
The protection of your personal data is important to us. For this reason, you will need a PIN to view details of your claim or to agree instalment payments or deferrals. You will find your PIN at the top right of our letter.
If you do not have the letter or your PIN has expired, please contact us. We will send you the new PIN by post within the next few days.
